Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Beijing, China, in accordance with Chinese law.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
